The Roll Over was also one of Pilates’ favourites. In this exercise we must remain lying on our back, with the legs stretched together, with arms spread away from the body and with the palms of our hands facing the ground. The eyes must always look towards the floor while the legs move upwards over our head and always together. If we do the exercise properly, we will work our muscles, especially the abdominals, waist and back.
